Our ceramic coating process starts with a thorough cleaning of all the surfaces of the car, where we implement a decontamination process first, then a clay bar treatment, and a final wash. The next step is paint correction where we eliminate all the imperfections in the paint, leaving the car as flawless as it is possible. Then we wash and prep the surface of the car to get it ready to apply the first layer of ceramic. The ceramic is applied in a controlled environment, dust-free, and regulated temperature. The curing process of the first layer takes two hours, then we apply our second layer. Each wheel is individually coated after being removed from the car.. After all the work is done the car is inspected again and the machine buffs any high spots or irregularities if present. This is normally a two-day process and it has 3 to 5 years durability.
